I am a current user. I am trying to make an account for my mother. Does she need to remove her current SIM card (Rogers) before she can use an E -SIN card??

You might want to check if your mother’s phone is eSIM compatible first because switching to eSIM. If it is the leave the Rogers SIM in the phone and wait for a text from Rogers confirming she is porting over to PM with YES.

hi @AshT dont remove the Rogers sim yet if you request porting, the Rogers sim must be there and active.  Reason is that Rogers will send you a text for you to approve the port and you need to reply Yes.  Once you replied, you can still leave it until Rogers service disconnected 

And a reminder, to activate PM account, download PM app on your mom phone and start the activation using the app
