My alternate number was put on hold, I did a payment. How long should I wait for it to be restored?

If you have 2 Public mobile phones numbers under one account, that is the problem. Each PM phone number needs its own separate account/different email address. You would then need to contact CSA to separate the phone number/account.

@nickos_ua What carrier is the alternate number with? You can't have two Public Mobile numbers on one account, so that's why we're a bit confused about the problem.

I have an Alternate number on my account, it was placed on hold on March, 9th due to unresolved issue with my payment. I made a payment yesterday, so how long should I wait to get that service active?

What do you mean by alternate number ? How long was your account "on hold" ? Use the cell to dial 611 and you should here the current status of the account.
