Hello, I just subscribed to public mobile with the $35 dollar plan, I’m switching providers and I would like to keep my phone number. I don’t have an actual SIM card so I’m trying to use my eSIM and it’s not working. I need help!!

I have downloaded the app, and I get to the last part where it’s activating my account with my eSIM and it’s not working saying get support.

You need to download the app and follow the instructions to set up a new account and to port the old number.
If the porting process gets hung up, which is not unusual, you will need to message a customer service agent:
