I get 3 beeps at 1:50 minutes into the call and then at 2:50 minutes the call disconnects.

Problem started this morning when I woke at 7am mountain time

Problem seems to be resolved at 4:30pm mountian time

But can you confirm when you first experience the call issue? and is it still a problem??

Thanks @Handy1 and  @hTideGnow    cs did need to fix it. Connection appears fixed (running more than 5 minutes and no cut out).

I am having the exact same issue. 3 beeps at the 2 min mark in a call and then disconnects 30-40 seconds later. Can anyone please help? The links to PM in other posts are Blank.

No active outage in Airdrie right now.

Might need to send message to Customer service agent as directed in previous post. 

Hi @RG12 Try Reset all networks on your phone 

Also, you can test changing the network mode to 3G

How do I put in support ticket for 3 beeps at two minute cut out at three minutes?

Same problem three short beeps around two minutes and cuts out one minute later;

Another person had similar post earlier this morning.  Did calling work before with no issues? Which model phone are you using?  Data working?  Texts?  

A few basic trouble shooting advice:

Reboot phone

Network reset of phone (this will erase saved Wifi settings).

@mjpw  And this happens every time you make a call or just a one off . Maybe try your network to LTE /5G or even3G and test in different areas . See if that improves the voice calls
