I just signed up but phone says no mobile network..please help!! We need the phone to work tonight

What brand and model of phone do you have? Did you port in or choose a new phone #? Can you test the sim card in another phone?

Try reboot the phone once more
And is this physical sim? do you have another phone to test?
or is this eSIM, if so, there would be a bit more work to enable it. But first, check device Sim Manager and make sure the Public Mobile esim is enabled or is set "Turn on this line" if it is an iPhone
