I just purchased a physical SIM for my new phone and I need my phone number transfered, at the same time I would also like to know what's going on with my request to transfer my Telus phone number as my public mobile number it said it was approved but nothing has changed

I just went through this today. The agent was very good. They can help you set it up. It takes time for the process to happen. I got a message from my previous provide asking me if I wanted to port the number, only that was done it took some time. But it all worked out. You can also check who your provider is in setting and it may have moved over seamlessly.

you need PM to help to change from esim to physical sim (update the sim card number). At the same time, you can ask them to confirm the porting status
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here
