My wife and I both have Public Mobile service.  Ever since the Rogers network outage, our phones barely work.  Incoming calls never make it.  Callers get our voice mail and we do not receive their message sometimes for 24 hours.  Texts are also highly delayed.  One took 2 days before I got it!

 

Was Public Mobile affected by the Rogers outage?

 

I do not wish to pay for a service that I cannot use!

I do not know if Rogers' outage affected ALL their services but my impression was it impacted Internet only?

It could be some Telus outage goes on in your area. I did not experienced any issue with PM service, GTA area...

 

Contact agent for further assistance as outage map might not be up to date.

There've been several reports of problems in Port Rowan lately. Add your "name" to the list by contacting the support people.

I've already tried the 3G setting.

@Schattmann hi try manually changing your network settings to 3G if that doesn’t help
