for some reason my payment was not processed yesterday and my account was put on hold, payment is now listed as processed on credit card but account still on hold.

nothing works, restarting did pothing

no calling/data or texting, restarted phone no change
calling just tells me to make a payment to fix issue

try reboot the phone and see if service is working
you can also use another phone to call 1-855-4PUBLIC and confirm your account status

@jordanfleming does your phone work for calls and texts? Restart your phone.
