Can someone please tell me how I can get refunded for paying for an add-on twice by mistake.
I purchased US-Roaming talke and text for 10 days for $15, but did it twice in a row as I did not see that it worked the first time. Now I see in my account I bought it twice.
Thanks for anyones assistance how I can make a refund to correct.

@cavemantoronto , yes, that was what I thought I insinuated in my post, but maybe I was not clear on that.

Hi @Henning ,
It sounds like you only added the funds to your account twice, not actually purchased the addon twice.
Do you only see one line with the US-roaming listed? And if the extra $15 is showing in your Available Funds area, then you did not actually purchase two.
You can leave the extra $$ in your Available Funds area and that amount will be used first when your plan renews next.
Additionally...I didn't think you actually could buy 2 of the same 10 Day US talk/text add-ons.

@Henning you really have to contact PM Customer Support Agent in this case, they can sort it out for you.
You can use the Chatbot(SIMon) on the lower right.
Start by tying "I bought the wrong Add-On" , then click "Contact Us" , then click "Click here to submit a ticket". the actual ticket submission page will be launched....
