I made a mistake with esim

When I tried to subscribe to public mobile and went through the process I went with esim because I thought my phone could do it. But I found out later that it doesn't support esim and I started the process with esim and now stuck. Can anyone help me?

You’ll need to purchase a physical SIM card. You can buy one from a nearby store or order it online from Amazon. Once you have the SIM card, send a private message and we’ll complete the activation for you.

I will purchase a physical SIM card. Another problem I'm having is that the number has been ported to public mobile and now I don't have access to that number because I'm half way through the process of subscribing to public mobile. How do I undo this mess I made?

You will need to purchase a physical SIM card and contact need to contact customer service agent.  I will try to escalate your post to CK_PM.  They should private message you directly within 0.5-1 hour.
