@CH1411

are you aware of recent change to Rewards program which used to automatically lower our plan costs. As of May, the Rewards program was retired and we now pay full costs for our plan but we can a few points. Once we have accumulated at least 15 points we must log in to redeem them for add-ons or to apply against regular plan. Here's some reading...

@CH1411

Starting in May 2024, all legacy rewards customers have been switched to the rewards points systems.  All monthly rewards like autopay, legacy rewards were switched to points system.  That is why most existing customer's monthly bill went up.

If you feel that you were overcharged, you can contact customer service agent to investigate.

P.S. I will remove your phone numbers off this public forum.

Hello @CH1411

Please contact a CS Agent by creating a ticket. Other folks here have shared the same concerns. Remember, we here on the forums are all customers like you. Nobody from PM is here watching. Also, if that 438 number is your phone number, please remove it. These are public forums not private!

Also, are you aware that public mobile removed your legacy rewards? This may be a reason why but never hurts to ask.
