my plan was due to top up today auto pay wise but a couple months ago i hasd swithced my payment method temporarily , so when payment was attempted it was declined as i had no funds on that card. ive went and switched payment method back to original (that currently has funds available) , but cant see m to figure out how to add funds.

Go to Payments and use one of two options.

Hi @missbettee05 is your account currently suspended, if so there should be a button Reactivate my plan, just click and follow
if not suspended and you want to add fund, just go to payment page, there is a add fund button there
