last day of reactivation

hello

I believe I was able to see, in the past,  when my 90 days of non payment would expire, but its not there anymore. So, how do I know when is the last (90 day period) day to make a payment in order not to loose service.

Your services are on hold
Subscription Expiration Date: Apr 22, 2023

I am  out of country and I dont need phone service at the moment.

Regards

hmmm   voucher?   Why do I need it.   I am in Europe  and I can just make a payment online.  Am I right?   Just checked my payment section  and  last day of suspended service is there. Good.

Thank you for response

@Bakibo1    Select Payment option from your account and you will see the payment due date (final date for 90 day suspension) under Upcoming Payment.   However, you should definitely set up a reminder a few days before that day to give yourself time to deal with hiccups that may occur.

@Bakibo1

PM has made some major changes to their website in the last 3 or 4 weeks. There used to be a banner that told you when plan will be Deactivated. Perhaps it's gone now.

If April 22nd is when your current plan expired, then pay up BEFORE July 21...or else !  😎

On day 88 from the last day you had service, resume the plan.

Then you’ll have 120 days before having to do anything… (30 day plan + 90 day suspension period)

I wouldn't rely on the information provided on the Public Mobile website.  Depending on where you're looking on the Self Serve website or in the Public Mobile app, the wrong plan duration dates are displayed.  It's been this way for about a year.

Like I said,  it used to be a date on my account page that was showing exact date when I would loose service.

its not there anymore.

if April 22 was your first day of suspension, then July 21, 2023 is the deactivation date.  Come and reactivate couple days before that, in case you have trouble to login

  • I believe you can confirm that July date by calling 1.855.4PUBLIC.  Understand you are no I'm Canada, install VoIP app TextNow and you can call that number for feee....He meant to say "for Free"

@Bakibo1  Well good news if you only put it on hold on April 20 2023 then only 60 days has passed . So you in the 90 day suspended window . But make sure you don’t wait till last day .If your remember you 4 digit PIN code you can *611 or get someone back home get vouchers for you and load them 611 no PiN needed . Not sure you can buy vouchers in the US assuming that’s where you are ? Otherwise your PM services won’t work anyways . As PM only works in Canada and the US with US roaming add ons

It's up to you, the customer to keep eye on significant dates. After current plan expires, you have 89 days grace...at day 90, your account is deactivated. You'd need a new sim to start a new account...you even need a different email address.  Best to renew at around day 85 or so.
