can you help me please

 

i paid for a subscription and i did not receive a new phone number, thank you ****  i don't understand, i thought by paying for it today that i would have access to  a phone number, i don't understand, please someone help me, i would like to get that number today, thank you so much

What is the make and model of the phone? If it's that old then it might not be compatible with the app.

@Handy1 Thank you. It's very kind of you. I have an old phone  with only 32 gig of space, so I tried to download the app. I will have to do a clean up before I proceed to complete the download. Thank you so much for your reminder and explanation. I appreciate it very much. 🙂

Hello Handy1, I sent a message, I can't seem to get a ticket number though, this is quite frustrating, I wish I could talk to a live person, or chat with a live person, that's the way it used to be, here i was a customer a while ago, 

and it was easier, but thanks again, i will click on that link you provided again, thank you so much

 

@Roxanne01  Activation cannot be completed on the website like before the new system update . And the release of the new PM app . All activations need the app to compete the activation . I mentioned this in your your first reply to this thread 

Adding @Roxanne01  once you download the app it will pick up right where you last left off on the website to finish the activation

Hi dust2dust, I'm using the website, ohh I need to go on the app on my phone as well? i see, it's even worst with the phone, Lol , that will take longer, 😎  😲  no joke, I'm not savy with the apps - I can give it a try. I do have an old phone however, so I'll see how that goes. thank you for telling me, if there is a way of doing it with my laptop, I would definitely prefer it though  🙂

Hi Hairbag, thank you . I wish I had someone to help me . No I don't, i opened up an account and selected the plan, paid for it, but there was not a choice to get a phone number, after the payment , it was over, so yeah.  so now i have paid and i don't have a number. the account is opened. thank you for your reply, 

 

Are you using the app or the web site? If you signed up and paid using the web site then you need to then complete the sign up in the app. During the process you get the opportunity to pick a number. A number does not get assigned. You pick it.

Hello, and thank you for your message, I am not very familiar with this platform, I don't have a phone number yet, and I would need to find out how to get one, I have clicked on the link provided and thank you, I sent a message to CS_Agents. I hope to get news soon, I have used Public before but things have changed it seems. i appreciate any help, thank you so much

sounds like you're a bit like myself and not used to working around computers and such....am I right ? Is there someone who could help you start your new PM account ? You need to download the PM app to your cell in order start a new account. For me, I found it helps to get a young'n to assist in the process....but that's just me.

Hello, thank you for your reply, I restarted my phone, however I wasn't given a phone number when I subscribed and paid for my plan. I think i just sent a message to the CS_Agent, I will have to go see if i got a reply, or do we get a reply here on this platform,? not sure. thank you, if you know how to proceed please let me know and I appreciate your help. thank you

so were you not porting your number from another provider?

Or are you a brand new customer here with a brand new phone number?

@Roxanne01  Did your download the app to activate and not get change to pick a number . ? Have you rebooted the phone or tried resetting network settings . If no luck please submit ticket with support using this direct link to them
