Hi I recently tranfered my number over from bell. I can use data and make phonecalls but cannot send/receive sms. I contacted bell and they advised that the number has not yet been ported. Please help @Support

To confirm porting was not completed. If your Bell SIM still works then porting was incomplete and you need a CS_Agent to contact Bell to resend the confirmation text.

adding @Dolphin12  thats too long it usually takes no more the 2 hours at most . After your reply YES to the confirmation text bell send you and you have 90 mins to reply YES from when you received the text

Hi, can you please send me the number as well as I'm having trouble porting my number from Bell. It's been going on for two days now. How long does it usually take?

Are you able to receive phone calls at your old number?  What about texts?

Did you respond yes to Bell's port request text?

@Bmxdirtjumpa I’ll private message you the porting team number . Give them a calm they can re trigger the port request for you
