My phone service is not working properly

I am unable to make calls as the calls do not go through.  (Failed calls)

I heard a few days ago that bell was having some issues close to my area. Is this still the case?

Rebooting my phone has not worked.  Q.  If there is a problem, is Public Mobile aware of it - and how do I know if the problem is being fixed??

Gotcha. I'm gonna guess that the issue is a local network problem, especially if those other guys were experiencing similar problems. Try the cell in a different part of the city, if possible.

I am unable to test the Sim card to see if it works. I only have one phone. I will try rebooting the phone as you have suggested.

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then power back on but check the Bell outage map:

@Marilynhans1  Try rebooting the phone or reset network settings se did that helps . Also is it possible for you to try the SIM card in another phone to test
