My phone service is not working properly

I am unable to make calls as the calls do not go through. (Failed calls)I heard a few days ago that bell was having some issues close to my area. Is this still the case?Marilyn

Rebooting my phone has not worked. Q. If there is a problem, is Public Mobile aware of it - and how do I know if the problem is being fixed??

I am unable to test the Sim card to see if it works. I only have one phone. I will try rebooting the phone as you have suggested.
