verification code sent to new number but no signal

Hello, I recently subscribed to a plan and purchased a SIM card. Before inserting the card, I logged in and selected a new number. However, after inserting the SIM card, I had no signal. Upon logging in, I was prompted to CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY, and a six-digit verification code was sent to the new number I selected. How can I receive this code or use the service properly?

watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond. You may hafta wait until tomorrow am now.
