Phone service down and cant login

Hi,
My phone service stopped working all of a sudden midday. I paid my last bill so not sure why it is not working. Also, when i tried to login to check the status of my account it says "Unauthorized - For security reasons, we couldn't log you in at this time. If you believe this is an error, please contact Customer Support for assistance."

I did replace the payment method recently due to fraudulent charges on my account. I just checked the bank and it looks like they reversed it even though publicmobile weren’t the ones who had any fraudulent charges. Idk how that could even happen smh. How can I go about doing this?
Public Mobile payment voucher or instant top up. (RTP) for the 30 day plan amount

Have you had your payment card compromised recently? Has your card issuer reversed possible fraudulent charges or has there been chargebacks requested on that card?
It sounds like your last plan payment has been reversed. If so Public Mobile being a pre-paid provider considers this action as fraudulent if you have recieved service that has not or no longer is paid for.
If this is the case you will need to immediately provide Public Mobile with funds via a Public Mobile payment voucher or instant top up. (RTP) for the 30 day plan amount (now suspended) and the following plan renewal amount if you wish to continue service.
Almost always in these cases you will have limited account access and must pay by voucher for the next 12 months before they will accept another credit card for payment. (Unless you have a very compelling reason for plan payment reversal...a mistake on either the card issuer or your part is not normally considered as excusable.)

any chance you try to dispute a charge with credit card and made a charge back with the PM charges?
and if you call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and enter your phone number, what does it say?
