I have been having issues with my phone disconnecting from service... seems like I have to restart my phone to get service back more often then not. Its rather frustrating and there isn't any reason for the loss of service - my account is in good standing so why am I losing service (it comes up as No Service) on my phone - still get messages etc when attached to wifi.

only if using a hard sim...try your sim in a different cellphone. Maybe it's a cellphone prob rather than a network prob.

HI @ROMAuthor
where you are at? At least for yesterday, there were outage in Calgary, Montreal and Nova Scotia. But they are all up and running now
Let's try to do the basic. Restart you phone first and Reset Network settings. If that does not work , try your sim card on another phone. Also you might want to try each network mode. Try 3G, then 4G (or LTE)
and last, ask PM support agent to refresh your account on the system. Submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

what phone do you have?
did you reboot the phone? tried Reset Network Settings?
or ask PM to re-provision your account.
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
