I can’t sign in to my account with the phone number.

I’ve been having problems getting into my account. I still don’t have service on my phone and it’s been two days since I bought the SIM card.

@Abelmartin  Contact customer service using the link I just gave you.  You only need to be logged in to this community for it to work, which you already are in order to post here.  An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right of this page.

When I sign in it shows a number I used for my public mobile but I don’t have service and I can’t sign in without the code who do I get into my account ?

@Abelmartin   If your account is not fully set up you might not get this option, but if you see "didn't get the code" when you go to log in, you should be able to get the code by email.  If that doesn't work then send customer service a private message using this link

Is it asking for your SIM card number perhaps? That number will be physically printed on the back of the SIM card or on the large credit card sized punch-out card that the SIM comes in.

If it is asking for 6 digit code, the code is being sent to your email address. Check your junk mail folder as well please.

I tried that but I can’t sign in because I need a number code to sign in. I still don’t have service to see the code.

Use the email address associated with your account in order to log in, not the phone number.
