Service stopped

Service suddenly quit working even though payment method is valid and has not changed.  Account shows payment history up until Feb and nothing for March.

It must have been a back end issue, as I had submitted a ticket and kept monitoring the account until it gave me the option to pay.  All is well now.  Only a couple of service hiccups in the last year, so I won't give up on Public just yet lol.

Under manage subscription it shows currently subscribed, subscription will renew Mar 27, 2025

It shows everything as normal, i.e. Current subscription cycle Feb25,2025 to Mar 27,2025 Subscription will renew on Mar 27, 2025

when you login , it will show on the Overview page.  Easy check is to check the Usage odometer.  it will show current Subscription date.

but like all payment, it could fail.  Check again please.  Login My Account or app to check or call 1855-4PUBLIC from another phone to check the account status

Hi,

Check your credit card online banking to verify that payment was indeed processed recently.  There have been unfortunately times that payments were not processed for unknown reasons. 

You can also call *611 from your phone to check the status of your account. 

Use a new web browser when you sign in to the website.

Payment is automatic, valid and has not changed.  Should be taken out today.

did you login My Account ? Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in).  Check if accoun tis showing Active or Suspended, check Payment history in My Account and see if any payment made since Feb

and if your account is suspended, it should show you a button Pay and Resume services.  Click that and make a payment

until Feb and nothing for March.  So, when was the Feb payment date? Today is 27th, you could have missed the March payment.
