New user and number. Can't make or receive calls, everything else's working.

Hi, as in subject.
New user here, just subbed and activated a SIM. Everything is working fine (data and text) except making and receiving calls. Did everything as suggested in the forums: resetting phone, pull out the SIM card for 2 minutes, put in WCDMA mode only (which would only result in 'emergency calls only'), etc. Nothing worked. Reception is fine (4 bars). Phone is fine, I'm using Samsung S10 which is supposedly compatible.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, Canadian unlocked S10.

Is your S10 a Canadian model? I know international models sometimes have issues on PM.

Hi, thanks for info. I tried resetting the phone but it didn't work. I also checked the forum before and a couple people said they were using S10 and S10+ without problems, which makes me even more confused.

@LouDW 

Might want to try a network reset of your phone. Note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords.  

The S10 is not on the list for VoLTE compatible phone

Might want to try the SIM card in another working phone. That would help determine whether PM service issue versus phone hardware problem.

No. New SIM, picked a new number when registering. No other SIM in the phone.

@LouDW  Did you port number over ? Did you leave old providers sim in the phone reply YES to the confirmation text to port ?
