I reloaded my phone through PayPal Xoom online. It said that the payment was sent to my phone number but the cell phone provider it was sent to was Telus and not Public mobile, this happened twice now in the last week. Why is my phone number saying I have a Telus provider and why hasn't my payment went through when I've paid twice now ?
