i can't log into my other public mobile account after moving to this TELUS eversafe thing

I had an account for my dad using my gmail and my mom using the same gmail without a period (that way I get the emails from public mobile to the same gmail account). It was working before eversafe but now it looks like I can't log in anymore and it won't accept that email. Its as if the account was deleted. My guess is that TELUS merged them thinking they the same.

EVERY time Telus/PM makes a change, some lose service for days/weeks/months….ugh.  Frustrating!

Thanks for sharing this and letting me know others had this problem. I just submitted a ticket so hopefully they get back to me and are able to help me.

yeah the email with . worked but the one without isn't being accepted. 

unfortunately I can't change the email to the account.

i thought I saw people saying using . on gmail alias work on EverSafe but not + 

But email is free, just setup a new one and less trouble.

it is possible, people reported issues with some type of problem using alias, depends on the symbols they used.  Maybe you need to use another email or test another alias symbol, I think + still work

So, you will need to log back into My Account?  Please open ticket with PM support so they can change it to the new email address you are going to use

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
