Hi, my phone plan did not renew today. I have no idea why. We have tried several payment options and all have failed. What would you suggest I do?

This fixed the ability to use the phone. THANK YOU. Now, just need to merge accounts.

EVERY time Telus/PM makes a change, some lose service for days/weeks/months….ugh. Frustrating!
