Hi, my phone plan did not renew today. I have no idea why. We have tried several payment options and all have failed. What would you suggest I do?

Too many similar recent complaints. This is most likely a system issue. I suggest messaging customer agent to get it fixed. PM used to pay you for autopay. Why do you have to waste time buying vouchers and fumbling around without service. If you message a CS, it may still take hours or more for response. Why delay further chatting here or with a bot?

You sure your card is working? And you clicked the button Pay and Resume Services?
Your other option to pay quick is to buy vouchers from Shoppers Drug Mart or London Drugs and load the vouchers using My Account to renew
