hi @HELENXXCN login to My Account, click Rewards to go to My Rewards,. Them browse the catalog and Look for $15 bill credit  Click add to redeem and complete the transaction.

the $15 will add to your My Account's available funds within 48 hours

@HELENXXCN   Once you have 15 points log in to your account, select My Rewards, browse the catalogue until you get to the $15 bill credit then tap redeem.  You can redeem for discounted add ons also if you want, starting at 5 points.
