the phone was disconnected and I cannot login. doing a reset with the phone leads to nothing. I still cannot login after resetting the password.
Please, help, this is just an expired credit card.

@stephenbbb - did you activate in store once upon a time and never register for a self serve/my account?
Customers used to be able to register for their own self serve/my account using their phone number; but now that is no longer the case.
Self serve/my accounts can only be created through new activations or by public mobile representatives (CSA).

Try incognito mode for logging in. Buy a voucher amd use 611 to start reactivate your service if you still can't get it.

@stephenbbb what exact error message did you get?
Try to reset password and login all using Incognito mode and see if it helps
