@Zakiya2009 - has your plan recently renewed?

Can you try your SIM into another phone? If calls still don't work Turn off VoLTE if you have a VoLTE enabled phone. If that does not work, connect with contact customer service agent for assistance.

Yes, my plan is active and I am able to use the data and text.

@Zakiya2009   then changing sim card won't help.  You are once of those affected by the recent voice issue.  Please open ticket with Pm support and they will reset your account from their end

Maybe because changing sim can reset network provisioning but sims don't usually go bad. In your account, does it say your plan is active?

@Zakiya2009   changing sim might not help

 

PM has been having voice issue on the last couple days.  check if text and mobile data works

 

I would open ticket with Pm support first and have them to further investigate before going out and buy a new sim

My phone is unlocked though I used another Sim card on my phone and it works.

Nothing works?  Restart your phone as that can make the phone reconnect sometimes.  Check www.devicecheck.ca to see if your phone has been blocked.
