I am newly subscribed on July 9 and purchased a physical sim card on the same day. I was advised that the sim card will be arrived in 7-10 working day on an estimated date July 19. However, it hasn't arrived as of today (July 25).
Could you please track down when will the sim card arrive at my end? What can you help if the sim card lost in the mail?
