I ported my Phone number last night, and im still in sos mode only.

Try Reboot your phone and reset network settings.  If you have a physical sim, you can try on another phone

Last, you can ask PM to check the account setup.   Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
