if you can access your My Account and receive 2FA code via email submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(When asked for 2FA, click Didn't receive code and select Send email)
