how to apply payment to account

Hi, I had locked my credit card because I lost it, today was my public mobile payment day. Since my card was locked payment wasn't made. I have since unlocked my card and made a payment to public mobile but my phone is still not working. How do I apply the payment sitting in my account to my account so my phone will work again?

Thanks, it took a while for resume service to show up, but when it did it worked.

Just log in to your account on wifi or on your desktop. you can access public mobile from there

If your account is suspended AND you did paid the bill, see f you see Resume (or similar) button. Use computer to access your account.

@Swera   if you login to My Account , go to Payment History and see if it shows you made the payment  https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history

If the payment is there and sitting as Available Fund and account still showing On HOLD, you should see a button  "Pay now and resume services" or "Subscribe Now", click that

If service is status Active already, then try reboot your phone

@Swera  Log into my account and resume services , thou you made payment it maybe just sitting in a avaliable funds . If so make manually payment and resume 

Add also you may just need to reboot the phone
