Use this website to register your account.
After you successfully registered you can login your account and change plan. You should change plan at next renewable date, if you change now, you will be charge immediately for your new plan.
In cases of a customers already having Public Mobile service that was activated at retail but a Self Serve account was never created, the customer cannot create a Self Serve account without opening a ticket and asking a customer support agent to do it.

@lilliandesmond5 so, you don't current have a My Account login? If you activate online earlier, you should have one created already. But if you activate in store, then you might not have one created yet
either way, open ticket with PM Support via Chatbot, open as a 'Forgot Password" type of ticket and PM support will sort it out for you, create one for you if you don't have one, or reset password for you if you have one created already
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
