@stevieo7472 Customer support is only available through messaging either via chatbot or private message.
You could post your issue or question and other community members (aka other customers) can often offer advice or suggestions to help.
Otherwise you can always contact support via chatbot here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help

hi to contact a service rep
There are two ways to contact a customer service agent , open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca
Or private message them here

Maybe go next door and knock on your neighbour's door to say "Hi!"? However at public mobile you won't literally get to speak to someone. All support here is done online so you can post and reply with us on the community or you can chat through private messages with customer support (or other customers).
Some customers get selected for"live chat" over SMS text depending on the nature of their issue. But it is very rare if ever that you will speak to a public mobile employee over a phone call unless you have a very unusual problem requiring technical support that can only be done via a voice call.
If you tell us the nature of your issue we can help narrow it down and determine if it's a problem that requires customer support like an account related issue that we cannot fix like a credit or we can help troubleshoot or show you how to change your plan for example.
So share a little of what your issue is just leave any personal information or any account sensitive information out of your description and we can go from there.
