It's been over 10 days and my mom still doesn't have her sim card. Can I talk to a real person? Can I get a refund for the sim if I switch to an eSim?

You might want to check if your mother’s phone is eSIM compatible. If not then she will have to wait for it to arrive. It is sent by courier during the Postal strike.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .but if it’s been more then 10 business days reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent

hi @FeeChon
Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here
But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
