is that new activation or changing sim card on existing account?

hi @JohnA1 

new account activation? you activated online and request sim card to be shipped to you?

now you need to download the app and login and enter the sim card number and complete the rest of the activation steps

@JohnA1   If you're just starting out with Public Mobile the first thing to do would be to download the Public Mobile app, either from Google Play or the Apple App Store depending what phone you have.  Once you have the app then follow the instructions.

If you are a new activation and have not gotten your SIM card yet, please find / order one here (May take up to 3 weeks to deliver) https://publicmobile.ca/en/ab/pick-up-SIM

If you have your SIM card, use the Public Mobile app to activate: https://publicmobile.ca/en/ab/load-mobile-app

If you are suspended on your service currently, please log in using email address 2FA and subscribe yourself again within the App or Website.
