Public Mobile may have finally broken my back. Many years a loyal customer. Persisted despite the end of the old rewards program. Now I see there is a nice $29 Can-US-Mex plan. I've read online that Public won't let people downgrade from a higher price point without going to a lower price point plan first. Guess what! The cheapest plan available to me is a $30 plan!
I done with feeling miserable, unvalued and screwed each Boxing Day. Done with Public Mobile, Telus and the Oligarchs who run this all and feel totally entitled to treat people this way. And yes, I recognize all the options are the same. Going to vote for whoever will make the CRTC do its job and provide real competition. You all have a cake walk in Canada. Of course, you all buy off the politicians because you are all...Oligarchs!
It is time for people to fight back. You are all going too far. And you all probably laugh from your corporate offices! It's like Squid Game. It's all a corporate game for enrichment and you don't care. Go ahead and laugh some more at this nut. Yet you all wonder why society is falling apart. Yes, I realize this will get deleted under the rug for violating community standards.
I'd rather live with the cheapest most minimal cell service I can get than put up with this. Only cell phone companies can provoke such intense rage!
