I have already submitted a request to transfer my service from Koodo to Public Mobile.
After submitting, I saw a message stating that if transferring from Koodo, I would need assistance from an agent to complete the process. Could someone please help me finalize this request?

Did you leave tge the Koodo SIM in your phone for the text?
If you did and didn’t receive text. Just contact a CS_Agent and they will contact Koodo to resend the text to you.

Do you have a prepaid Koodo plan versus post paid Koodo plan. If prepaid Koodo plan, you will need to contact customer service agent to manually complete the port. Prepaid Koodo and Public mobile share the same backend systems.
If postpaid Koodo plan, you should have received a confirmation text within 1-2 hours to complete the port request.

Hi MengyuanLou, it's probably best to not put your number in the community forum for your own safety.
You should have gotten a text, which it sounds like you did to transfer. All you need to is reply "YES" if I recall correctly. It should swap over in the next few minutes or an hour or so.
