hotspot & tethering activation

i need help on hotspot and tethering activation.

Is your data saver enabled? You need to disable for hotspot & tethering to work.

This is a function/feature of your phone. Nothing to activate at PM.

@wally_aballe   Are you getting the contact your carrier to enable the hotspot message, or words to that effect?
