I frequently experience loss of service on phone (but not data) inside the service area. I have an iphone 13. I have exchanged sim cards with no difference on either sim.

@billmclellan Where approximately are you located? Could it be that you're just not near a tower and getting low signal? Your data is cell data or could it be wifi that is maintained?

Check if you’re in the coverage area. It shouldn’t be a problem tho. If you are in coverage area then try a different phone with a SIM and see if that makes a difference.

@billmclellan Many iPhone users had a pop up message that LTE calling was turned off did you get this message ? Try phone to 3G and see if that helps
