My Sim card won't activate

@Panda4 

Ensure you're:

  1. using the Public Mobile app Download App | Public Mobile
  2. using a NEW SIM card... old ones can't be reused
  3. try rebooting device after going through the process
  4. are you using the full set of numbers on the SIM card to activate
  5. if all else fails, delete and unistall app, and try again.

Good to know, I didn't realize.  Would have been nice to be able to activate either way in case issue with the app.  I haven't been on PM THAT long, but kind of liked the simplicity of being able to use the website to activate.

@pmbc  Yes all activations need the app . It can no longer be done on the website like before

@Handy1 Do you need app to activate physical SIMs now?  You can't activate them on the website any more?

@Panda4 Please ensure that you have downloaded the public mobile app from the App Store  and trying to activate it that way.
