Double billed when joining PM, contacted PM CS agent but no response. When/how to make a complaint to CRTC?

I got a reply late on December 1st. But I didn't log in again until today. My issue while huge but I at least have service. I hope you also got a message from support the same day?

Same issue here - I've posted back on the 25th and still nothing yet. I will wait another week or so before making a decision.

Customer support is really backed up right now. I've been waiting 3 days for a reply it's usually an hour. Let them get caught up and once they do they will either credit your account or issue a refund to the card.
