Hi, I used the referral code when signing up but neith the referrer or myself got the 10 dollar credit. Also the referrer is not getting the 1 point per month. How do we resolve this? Thanks!

Maybe the $10 will show on second month bills. When I open account I pay for first full month bill by my credit card. Then the $10 show later. Only referees get $10, and when you are on public mobile, the refer code owner will get point each month.

Unfortuantely, while you would get $10, the referrer doesn't.

I signed up on black Friday, and activated on Tuesday, so it should have been applied by now I'm thinking. I sent a note to CS. Thanks!

@Slugsinthebreez You should see the $10 one time crest within 72 hours after activation if it’s been more then 3 days use this direct link to support to make sure it was applied correctly
