hi

i pid for sim card on line and i expected to receive sim card 5 to 10 bussiness day.

unfortunetly still i did not receive my sim card

i paid include tx 11.39 CAD .

if you cannot deliver it return my money

Just for your information...this is a community board made up of customers just like you.  The board is here for questions and answers, which you may find helpful since Public is online self service.

We don't deliver your sim card and cannot return your money.  As mentioned by other community members, you will have to contact customer support.  

Hopefully you get your card soon.

Open ticket with PM Cs agent and ask them to confirm they shipped out the card

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

if you happen to be in or near the GTA...these guys have Public Mobile sim cards for $5 and have a local pick-up option as well as free fast shipping.

When you do get the one you've already ordered...save it to gift a family member or friend who might wanna save money on their cell bills too.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive , if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it

These can take anywhere from 5-15 business days to be received.

This means it's not unusual for some to wait 3 weeks to get them.

If you can't wait that long, try getting one at a corporate TELUS, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik location near you.   Might be a good idea to call ahead to ensure they have them in stock before heading there...
