how do i change my email on my account ? the email that is on the account is full and had to make a new one. how can i change it to the new one ?

It's probably not just your email but rather your Google account that is full. Look at ways of creating extra storage space by deleting duplicate files, unneeded photos or videos or ones of poor quality or consider moving them to a SD card card for storage or a different cloud storage service.

 

Of course you can just change emails too....as directed in previous posts.

Is there a reason why you can't archive and delete out useless, no longer needed emails in your account?

I do an annual cleanout. I move all of a prior year to a folder on my computer...not the webmail. Then I sort by sender and then subject to figure out all the marketing and promo crap or bought and delivered things etc. Basically why keep these kinds of emails at all. And I'm a packrat 🙂 so I delete those kinds of things. I have emails going back to 1996.

Also, have you cleared out the trash/deleted items folder in the server?

To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

@sarah19 You will need to contact customer service through the Chat app. Click the Get Help tab at the top and then Chat with Simon. Follow the prompts.
