Hello all, i am unable to log into the online account, i do not remember creating an account originally online, i do not have access to an email that could have been used originally. I just want access to the statements in order to be able to pay a bill online. Thank you

Did you originally activate your Public Mobile account in-store? If so and you never finished creating your self serve account online then you will need customer support to help finalize account creation. Contact them as supplied above.

In the meantime you can pay for your service either by Public Mobile payment voucher (no fee) or "instant top up" (RTP) at retail locations or online at Muskbird.com for a reasonable surcharge. (Interac e-transfer has the cheapest fee at 0.03% or $0.03 per $10).

Canadian Tire gas bars and Esso/Mobil charge a $1 fee and ask you to supply your phone # and provider (Public Mobile) to automatically top up your account.

Payment Vouchers can be purchased at Shell, SDM, 7/11, Circle K, London Drugs etc....and loaded via 611 on your phone or by calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering your 10 digit phone #. This will also give you your basic account info like your renewal date, account balance and upcoming payment amount due.

Hey @to_nick 

You have had to create an account to sign up for Public Mobile. If you don't know what email you signed up with, try a few of them and search Public Mobile and see if anything pops up. You would have got a welcome email.

If you can't figure out what email you used and need to reset things, you can reach a CS Agent this way.

Hi there,

First of all, go the the log-in page and click the option “forgot email”. Then, send a message to your phone number to recover your email. Then, click “forgot password”. Send the code to your phone-number. With the message, you can change your password.

Now, enter the credentials. It likely asks you for a code. If it sends to email for some reason, you can have it sent via phone.

Now, at least you will be able to log-in. If the email is the one you can not access, contact support from the below link to be able to change your email:
