Hello all, i am unable to log into the online account, i do not remember creating an account originally online, i do not have access to an email that could have been used originally. I just want access to the statements in order to be able to pay a bill online. Thank you

Hey @to_nick
You have had to create an account to sign up for Public Mobile. If you don't know what email you signed up with, try a few of them and search Public Mobile and see if anything pops up. You would have got a welcome email.
If you can't figure out what email you used and need to reset things, you can reach a CS Agent this way.

Hi there,
First of all, go the the log-in page and click the option “forgot email”. Then, send a message to your phone number to recover your email. Then, click “forgot password”. Send the code to your phone-number. With the message, you can change your password.
Now, enter the credentials. It likely asks you for a code. If it sends to email for some reason, you can have it sent via phone.
Now, at least you will be able to log-in. If the email is the one you can not access, contact support from the below link to be able to change your email:
