I need a ticket. I have tried to get one via the robot but I have been unable to get one. How do i get a ticket so I can ask a human to fix the problem that I cant make phone calls from my phone?

Messages from CS_agent or CSA_PM are both legit agent
if you check their profile page, they both have the title "Customer Support Agent". That like is not thing that others can fake

After choosing the topic, press on the Submit ticket link and follow the steps. After that, please access https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Public-Mobile-Community/ct-p/Public_Mobile_Community. login to your Community account (The credentials are the same as for the My Account) and you can find out whether an Agent has responded to your private message by clicking on the envelope icon. Also, you will automatically receive email notifications when someone has sent you a private message. An agent will reply with a private message within 30 minutes from the submission time. This can take longer at peak times.

i have not been suspended! I have attempted to initiate a ticket numerous times in the chat symbol! IT'S NOT WORKING! thats why I am asking for help

@Colls8 , if your account has been suspended you can simply login to the self serve account and make a payment to reactivate the account. If you need to initiate a ticket, please use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate the support ticket.

@Colls8 Can you tell us what phone you have? It may be relevant to whether you can make calls or not, especially if this problem only started recently.
