@Teyauna if you activate manually online, you would have a My Account created already
But if activated in store from before, there is a change no My Account was created
Either way, please open ticket with M support and they will sort it out for you

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Have you had service here since before last July? ie. did you sign up in a store? If so then you need to contact support through the chatbot(simon) link below.
If you signed after last summer then look in all your emails for the welcome email from when you signed up or other marketing and promo emails. That's the login id. Then you can use reset password.
